Surrealism

1. Describe the process you used to arrive at your surreal subject matter. 

 - I took a picture of Rhys holding his hand out as flat as possible.  Then I took a picture of Jenssen doing a trick on his skateboard.  I took the photos to photoshop erased the background of the skateboarding picture, then while keeping the aspect ratio constant shrunk the photo to the appropriate size.  I then proceeded to export the photo as a JPEG.  The next step was to import it into Light Room and then color correct it to my liking.  This is how I arrived at my surreal subject.

2. Describe the shoot. Did you have to change your plans? Did you come up with new ideas as you worked through the project? 

 - During the shoot I didn't come up with any Ideas and I didn't change my plans.  The shoot when as planned and I got the result I was looking for.

3. Describe the subconscious associations you personally make when looking at this photograph. What do you hope others will see/feel when seeing your image?

 - In this photo it is showing that Rhys is the boss, he is larger in size but he is holding his friend because he still cares about others.
